6. Add to backup and recovery plans

Deletion Process

When deleting a URL:
1. Archive the URL first
2. Update this inventory document
3. Remove from monitoring systems
4. Update any references in documentation
5. Notify team members
6. Delete after 30-day grace period

Renaming Process
