  • More professional for follow-up documentation
  • Can use for Apollo-style sequences later

Launch City vs Non-Launch City

Launch Cities (Currently: Hyderabad)

Priority: HIGH — These providers go live first

Your goal: Get them to "Onboarding" stage

Actions:

  1. Set launchCity: Yes and priority: High in Attio
  2. Faster follow-up cadence (don't let them go cold)
  3. Offer onboarding call within 1 week of interest
  4. Target: 10-15 active providers before launch

What to say:

We're launching in Hyderabad in the next few weeks. Early providers get:
- Free listing (no signup cost)
- Priority placement during launch
- Direct support from our team

I'd love to get [Business Name] set up before we go live.

Non-Launch Cities (Bangalore, Mumbai, etc.)

Priority: MEDIUM — Building pipeline for future

Your goal: Get them to "Interested" stage and keep warm

Actions:

  1. Set launchCity: No in Attio
  2. Be transparent about timeline
  3. Keep relationship warm with monthly check-ins
  4. Track demand (helps decide when to launch)

What to say:

We're not live in [City] yet, but we're expanding soon. I wanted to connect early so [Business Name] can be part of our launch when we come to [City].

Would you be interested in being one of our first providers when we launch?

Monthly check-in template:

Hi [Name], quick update from Juniro!

We're making good progress and [City] is on our roadmap. Wanted to check in — still interested in joining when we launch?

Also, if you know other activity providers in [City] who might be interested, happy to connect with them too.

Call Guide

Discovery Call (10-15 min)

Goal: Understand their business, explain Juniro, get commitment to onboard

Script:

  1. Intro (1 min)
"Thanks for taking the time! I'll keep this quick. First, tell me a bit about [Business Name] — how long have you been running, what ages do you teach?"
  1. Listen & Note (3 min)

    • How many students?
    • How do they currently get new students?
    • Pain points? (marketing, no-shows, payments?)
  2. Pitch Juniro (3 min)

"Makes sense. So here's what Juniro does:

We're building a platform where parents can discover and book kids activities. Think of it like Zomato but for children's classes.

For you, that means:
- More visibility to local parents actively looking for [their activity]
- Easy booking — parents can see your schedule and book online
- We handle the marketing, you focus on teaching

We only charge a small commission when you get a booking through us. Listing is completely free."
  1. Handle Questions (3 min)

    • Common: "What's the commission?" → "10-15%, only on bookings through Juniro"
    • Common: "How many parents use it?" → "We're launching soon, early providers get priority placement"
    • Common: "Do I need to change anything?" → "No, we just list your existing classes"
  2. Close (2 min)

"Sound good? I can help you set up your profile this week. Takes about 20 minutes.

How about [suggest specific time]?"

Post-Call

  1. Update Attio:

    • Stage → "Interested" or "Onboarding"
    • Notes → Call summary, their concerns, next steps
    • Last Contact → Today
  2. Send WhatsApp summary:

Thanks for the call, [Name]!

As discussed:
- I'll send you the onboarding form
- You'll share your class schedule and photos
- We'll get your listing live within [X] days

Any questions, just message me here.

"I already have enough students""That's great! Juniro is free to list — think of it as extra visibility. No risk, only upside."
"I don't trust online platforms""Totally understand. We're a small team focused on quality. Happy to do a video call so you can see who you're working with."
"What's the commission?""10-15% only on bookings through Juniro. Your existing students, existing channels — that's all yours."
"I'm too busy""I hear you. The listing takes 20 minutes and we handle everything after that. Can we find 20 minutes this week?"
"Let me think about it""Of course! I'll follow up in a few days. Any specific questions I can answer in the meantime?"

Do's and Don'ts

  • Call during class hours (typically 4-7pm)
  • Promise things we can't deliver
  • Forget to follow up
