What to Capture
For each provider found, collect BOTH phone AND email when available:
| Field | Required | Example | Where to Find |
|---|---|---|---|
| Business Name | Yes | "Little Swimmers Academy" | Listing |
| Contact Name | Yes | "Priya Sharma" | Listing or website |
| Phone (WhatsApp) | Yes | +91 98765 43210 | Listing, Google Maps |
| Yes (if available) | priya@littleswimmers.in | Website contact page, listing | |
| City | Yes | Hyderabad | Listing |
| Category | Yes | Swimming | Listing |
| Source | Yes | Google Maps | — |
| If available | @littleswimmershyd | Website, Google | |
| Website | If available | littleswimmers.in | Listing |
| Notes | Yes | "5 years in business, 2 locations" | — |
Why collect email too?
- WhatsApp may not get response — email is backup
- Some providers check email more than WhatsApp
- More professional for follow-up documentation
- Can use for Apollo-style sequences later
Where to find email:
| Source | Where to Look |
|---|---|
| Justdial | Click listing → sometimes in details |
| Sulekha | Usually in listing details |

Launch City vs Non-Launch City
Launch Cities (Currently: Hyderabad)
Priority: HIGH — These providers go live first
Your goal: Get them to "Onboarding" stage
Actions:
- Set
launchCity: Yesandpriority: Highin Attio - Faster follow-up cadence (don't let them go cold)
- Offer onboarding call within 1 week of interest
- Target: 10-15 active providers before launch
What to say:
We're launching in Hyderabad in the next few weeks. Early providers get:
- Free listing (no signup cost)
- Priority placement during launch
- Direct support from our team
I'd love to get [Business Name] set up before we go live.
Non-Launch Cities (Bangalore, Mumbai, etc.)
Priority: MEDIUM — Building pipeline for future
Your goal: Get them to "Interested" stage and keep warm
Actions:
- Set
launchCity: Noin Attio - Be transparent about timeline
- Keep relationship warm with monthly check-ins
- Track demand (helps decide when to launch)
What to say:
We're not live in [City] yet, but we're expanding soon. I wanted to connect early so [Business Name] can be part of our launch when we come to [City].
Would you be interested in being one of our first providers when we launch?
Monthly check-in template:
Hi [Name], quick update from Juniro!
We're making good progress and [City] is on our roadmap. Wanted to check in — still interested in joining when we launch?
Also, if you know other activity providers in [City] who might be interested, happy to connect with them too.
Call Guide
Discovery Call (10-15 min)
Goal: Understand their business, explain Juniro, get commitment to onboard
Script:
- Intro (1 min)
"Thanks for taking the time! I'll keep this quick. First, tell me a bit about [Business Name] — how long have you been running, what ages do you teach?"
-
Listen & Note (3 min)
- How many students?
- How do they currently get new students?
- Pain points? (marketing, no-shows, payments?)
-
Pitch Juniro (3 min)
"Makes sense. So here's what Juniro does:
We're building a platform where parents can discover and book kids activities. Think of it like Zomato but for children's classes.
For you, that means:
- More visibility to local parents actively looking for [their activity]
- Easy booking — parents can see your schedule and book online
- We handle the marketing, you focus on teaching
We only charge a small commission when you get a booking through us. Listing is completely free."
-
Handle Questions (3 min)
- Common: "What's the commission?" → "10-15%, only on bookings through Juniro"
- Common: "How many parents use it?" → "We're launching soon, early providers get priority placement"
- Common: "Do I need to change anything?" → "No, we just list your existing classes"
-
Close (2 min)
"Sound good? I can help you set up your profile this week. Takes about 20 minutes.
How about [suggest specific time]?"
