This is not a testimonials page. It's a living document of real conversations — what parents and providers are telling us about their challenges and what they want.

What this is:

  • Raw feedback from real people
  • Problem validation signals
  • Authentic voices to inform product and marketing

What this is NOT:

  • Fake reviews
  • Over-polished marketing copy
  • Star ratings

How to Add Quotes

When you hear something valuable:

  1. Add it to the appropriate section below
  2. Include: Name (or Anonymous), City, Date, Source
  3. Mark if we have permission for public use

Keep it real. Don't paraphrase or polish.

Where to Use

Highest ROI

  • Landing pages — 1-2 quotes max, in context
  • Founder emails — Storytelling, "here's what Sarah told us..."
  • Provider outreach — Show we understand their pain

Medium ROI

  • Pitch deck (problem validation)
  • Social posts (sparingly, authentically)

Avoid for Now

  • App store reviews (we don't have an app)
  • "Testimonials" sections with star ratings
  • Over-designed quote carousels
  • Anything that feels manufactured

  • Provider onboarding calls — write down what they say
  • User interviews
  • DMs, emails, WhatsApp

Before Using Publicly

  1. Have explicit permission (or use anonymously)
  2. Quote accurately — don't change their words
  3. Is it still relevant?
  4. Does it feel authentic, not salesy?
